PapaJ nice post thank you and i did not think the umpiring was that bad either bit shocked that some do ???? there were some dodgy moments but other then that did not notice the umps at all
I haven't watched a replay so couldn't see what the free kicks were for, so maybe they were fair, however I believe the disparity has been pointed out. Either we have a lot of "bad luck" or we were playing in a way that resulted in a lot of frees against, which is not so bad when you're up by 10 goals but if a game is on the line it could be a problem.
As for Buddy, it's not so much the free kicks he gives away, because they're usually there, it's the amount of contests he can't get to because he's being held out that struck me. Still, I'll reiterate what I said before - I think he should be applauded for keeping his cool the way he did considering the game he was having.
And the Roberton incident I believe was assessed exactly the same as Buddy's earlier in the year, the only difference being the carryover points, so I haven't got a problem with that.
