The AFL has put a lot of time and money into promoting the game overseas, so i feel we should support them in this

I'm intrigued as to why the logo does not even mention the name of the club, Hawthon, and just refers to "Hawks".

Are they trying to become like North Melbourne and just be known by their nickname rather than be geographically tied down?

The funny thing is,I saw more of Buddy Franklin than 90 percent of the Hawk theatre goers who attended the Kangaroos game and saw a flogging and nothing from Franklin.

He played like shit and still had 6 shots at goal for 3.3. Thats 3 more goals than Tambling will ever kick in a final

The same reason that none of the Hawks 4 logos since 1977 have mentioned 'Hawthorn'
