Lovely day here today in Kal. Massive (huge) electrical storm last night - followed by a nice drop of rain then overcast all day with a bit more rain.

We have a lad here at work who hails from Townsville, who takes great delight in communicating the f****d up weather patterns his home town spits out. No bananas, floods wipe out roads, crocodile warnings down the main drag. I hate the heat, but at least I can get back to my air-conditioned home without the threat of having my leg bitten off.
Adelaide heatwave officially over. Has only hit 27 today.

As I was just driving through Happy Valley it started to rain on my windshield, was awesome. Great day, piss off hot weather.
I'm sort of sad that it's over as it was a wonderful record to be a part of.
You could notice it instantly today, as soon as I walked outside it felt much cooler, there was a nice breeze it really was quite delightful.
