So now there was an incident, thought it was a push and shove  Had it involved our mob there would be a big investiagtion, front page of the Addy etc etc - so glad the heat aint on the BFNC for a change ;)
Coaching Broadford seems to be getting to you this year. Might be time to take up coaching juniors. You might enjoy it more.:)

Sour grapes doona, the past is past, i would be thinking the HDFL look at you guys a bit differently today then they did 4 years ago, and some of the stuff that happened back then should just be left back there.;)

Not all phanto I actually spent an hour or so in the social club at Heathcote on the way home Satdy as believe it or not I do have a few mates there . . . more just having a stir ;)

Geez in what way is it getting to me CD? Im actually enjoying the challenge of working with a keen bunch of kids who have little expectation on them. A bit of education to get their experience up, we have a crack each week and aim to be competitive and in games at 3/4 time every Satdy. If we upset a few along the way (like Saturday) then the joy in working hard for it will be far more rewarding than 2007 in the long run.

My weighing into all that earlier stuff is to stir up a couple of mate's from Barrack Reserve

There are people that dont know it's taking the p$ss doona they only know you are the coach of Broadford, and i dont think it is unfair to say a club that has had some issues in the past, readers can only interpret what is in front of them.

taken onboard

On another topic lads, I was told on the weeend that Andy Grant and Hayesy made the VCFL squad, then read the full list in the Herald-Sun today. Is Cam Ross (Dookie) the young fella that wore I think #57 at Mounts last year?

pretty sure i havent seen steve in the runners gear. ever! so that would be a no. i dont believe we have a had seconds umpire follow up and run in the seniors

For a few years there Hoppy used to umpires reserves matches and then follow up in the orange for the one's.

Incident is a push and shove with spectators. Now go and lick the lollies to make the sugar stick:D
funny thing is ump you already said you did not see the trouble now you say there was nothing in it i would say that an official of any club running on the ground when they should not be and with the intention of cuasing further unwanted trouble is something you should not be hiding from and people from north bendigo and broadford have cuase for concern. maybe the league might take a stand and handle this profesionly.

RWB where have you been hiding. All that running get a bit much for you or you just helping juddy regain some fitness? :D Can i expect you to grace us with your presence this weekend? By the way the Bi Gump was whinging to me that you'd been a bit rough on him lately and he'd had no support on the site. Look after the little fella.:cool:

All balls before you start making ridiculous comments get your facts right. The bloke, who i assume we're talking about is not an official. He did not run onto the ground and his intention was not to cause any further trouble. Why would it be any concern of Broadfords?

Flash, now we're getting closer to it.. As i stated, he did not run onto the field, he's not an official and he wasn't meaning to start any more trouble.. You're 100% right, Steve knows what he did was stupid and if he had his time over i'm sure he would do things differently. As you said, shit happens and let's move on. I must say though, didn't the game have it all!! Banners, Chants, Streakers and a big blue with a game of hard fought footy somewhere in there... The crowd sure got their moneys worth.:thumbsu:
