I'd say your backline is your weaker point mate. i'd upgrade nicoski or hurn. Or maybe even wood in the ruck.

My centres are already relatively cheap, but my forward line doesn't have Pavlich or Riewoldt and I think it needs 1.

If I were you, I would downgrade Murphy, and then upgrade to Pavlich. But your midfield needs another gun, if you can afford to upgrade Pendlebury to someone like Cross, then do it.

Hmmm I agree it's lacking in guns, but don't you think Pendlebury will be a gun this year?

I can't make up my mind on him, but I'm leaning towards no. I think this year will be a bit like Murphy's 2007. He established himself in 2007, and now he will get a lot of attention. I think that one day he'll be an elite midfielder, but at this stage we don't know how he'll handle the attention, so that's why I'm steering clear of him. Same reason I'm avoiding Murphy, with Judd likely to miss the early games, and now rumours of Stevens being injured, Murphy will once again get the number 1 tag. Hence I'm going for Gibbs instead.

Whats wrong with Judd? If it just soreness or still recovering form surgery. If he plays (Judd), i think Murphey is a gud pick up

I just have a feeling we won't see Judd in the first few weeks. Don't take my word for it... but that's just what I think.

You aren't starting any rookies, and as a result, your team is lacking star power.

Certain starters are hard to pick. You're best to pick likely starters and then change it come round 1, when teams are released. Houli, Armitage?, Sellar, Hansen, Rioli etc.

I wouldn't say Armitage is certain to start, if he plays a solid game on saturday he is likely to play round 1 but will find it hard to keep his spot unless some players get injured or have a big form drop. Some saints fans are saying geary is ahead of him at the moment.
