I really don't understand his tweet nor what what point he is trying to make.

It seems to me that he has enjoyed bringing up the whole saga again to throw mud and now is just walking away?

There's a lot of self serving, self centred H-speak there. He says he loves the club, but he has continued to lob grenades in social media.
I have no doubt that there has been racism at the club (and all others as well), but the whole idea of the Do Better report was to identify areas requiring cultural change.

He got ostracised for going with a lawyer. Do you want a conversation on race and on how to make it better? How can he get his message across through legal proceedings?

Nope. The cynic in me says Lumumba didn’t quite get the reaction he’d hoped in this latest barrage of missiles so he’s retreated for a while, until the next “opportunity” presents itself. It was no coincidence that he reappeared on the scene after Rioli went public with his issues with Hawthorn (funny how systematic racism, team mates saying inappropriate things and a president with foot in mouth disease doesn’t get the same media traction but that’s a whole other story) and withdrawing from and refusing to engage with the club. Sound familiar?

well he's stated his main gripe which is he was let down by buckley and the pies....so he finally got to the thing that was most bugging him.... its a bit like complaining about an ex husband or wife......there's never anything gained from complaining, and after a while, the hurt runs out....but it wont go away.

Absolutely not, l will give it about 2 to 3 months, once the birth of his child is done, and the bubs settles, he will be back, guaranteed around July/August....
