390 - Vic - Research 32.21.213 def Panton Hill 27.15.177 - Panton Hill FL - 1980
A new leader for the non-VFA/VFL Victorian section and the second-highest known losing score.
Looks like Queensland and NSW seemed to have more end-to-end shootouts in the eighties. Odds are we'll find another +400 in these two states.388 - Qld - Bakers Creek 40.20.260 Vs East Mackay 20.8.128 - Mackay AFL - 1984
I once read in "Inside Football" of a score pre Brissy Bears of a score similar to the one above between North Queensland and South Queensland. The paper had a column every weeks on the goings on in Qld.Looks like Queensland and NSW seemed to have more end-to-end shootouts in the eighties. Odds are we'll find another +400 in these two states.

Is there any telecast footage from any of the major league 340+ games? Can’t imagine what it’d be like to watch a game like that nowadays.
This doesn't fit the OP's criteria of both teams scoring a century, but in 1975 Glenelg managed 49.23 317 against Centrals who kicked 11.13 75Is there any telecast footage from any of the major league 340+ games? Can’t imagine what it’d be like to watch a game like that nowadays.
There might be television of the game somewhere (Or maybe Name-A-Game) of the Cats/Hawks 171-163 game in Rd 6 1989. Kangas/Bombers amazing game in 2001 too should be surely accessible. 171-159 Rd 16.
