J Heritage would've made this list in his hay day and apparently he has just announced his engagement, so congratulations to the beak!

I can hear the collective sound of thousands of 20-something female hearts breaking at once.

Surely worth acknowledging with a Mo-Mo's reunion in the coming weeks?

Correct... Skurrie's effort as step ladder for the best mark i have ever seen (not an exaggeration) justifies his selection at number 40, and the the fact that he is still knocking off dixon's sister is icing on the cake.

This is quite funny!!!

Heritage is not engaged, not even close.

I think you have been "Punching From Behind" with your boyfriends a little too much and you may have caught something.

Fresh on the back of Nick Bartrams surprise engagement too!!! What's in the water down at Keilor Hill at the moment.
Wow! Daryl Braithwaite! Back from a very long tour my friend? Is there a reason you picked this particular thread to make your long awaited Bigfooty return?

Trent Skurrie, the best book-end player the VAFA has ever seen, was recently seen shopping in Michael Hill Jewellers. Could there be a another engagement coming out of Keilor Hill?

Does that mean Trent and Dicko will officially be related? Interesting family dinner there!

Spoken to him recently have you SMG?

My mail comes from a mutual friend who has had to mobilise his pie warmer and cart it up to the harbour city, to cater for the engagement party.

robbins is playing in C grade and can only get in the best twice (not even in the top 3 both times might i add) as submitted by his own team on the vafa website..

watts has kicked bags in A grade and just dominated some games..

never seen robbins play so can't comment on his impact on games, but i've heard zero fanfare about any games he has played in..

M Robbins.

146 AFL Games 135 AFL Goals

F Watts
6 AFL Games 3 Goals

Now you tell me who is the better footballer?

ok tosspot, with thinking like that, why don't we have stewart loewe as #1 on the list?

321 AFL 594 AFL goals...

it isnt a "top 50 afl players that are playing vafa football" you muppet..

fact is, robbins has done nothing..

considering neither is more than 6 months out of the game...............

I guess it comes down to the old adage - "you're only as good as your last game".

Fair to say Robbins at 31 (?) has less to prove, and will not flourish as much as Watts, at 21, who may well see taking A grade by storm as more of a challenge.

If I could choose between the two right now, I'd take Watts. Naturally, I'll take both every day and twice on Sundays.

As an ormond person i can understand your agruement about who will have more of an impact, robbins or watts both are good players. The fact that robbins is not in the top 50 players in the league regardless of his age is a disgrace. The fact is he is playing c grade to play with his brothers ,if you think he couldnt play A grade and play it well you are kidding yourself could b easily playing vfl but has nothing to prove. not in the top 50 after nearly 150 games have some respect

Stop sooking. One mans opinion that is all. Do you own list and let us all knock that. IMO, Robbins is nowhere near top 50 on 08 form. He's battling and battling ok.

So if Same Newman comes back and plays he'll be twice as good as Robbine as he's played 300 games yeah?
Fact is this list has been selected on what he thinks is current form IN THE VAFA and not on reputation or past talent. Robbins isn't performing and doesn't deserve to be in this bloke's Top 50.
No one is doubting the blokes achievments and his potentail in C grade footy and we all know he could play well in A grade. Maybe at the end of the year when he has played a full season and is fully fit he will be pushing top 10.

The fact is that thay (robbins and watts) have both only come out of the AFL system 6 months ago. The sam newman point is not nessasary. Maybe the reason robbins hasnt been getting noticed is that watts has A grade mids kicking to him, where robbins has to virtually do the work himself and has c grade midfielders kicking to him.
