nothing much people just milling around, you can just see cops in swat style gear down near the hospital they don't seem to have any Firearms other then side arms though.

its shelter in place policy, many places in sydney have it. basically its deemed their safer where they are moving them might put them in more danger. probably due to the confusion they weren't evacuated in time.
