The boys at footy training were ribbing me about being pumped up massively on some forum (some saying it was me) after moving down to Melbourne from the country so I decided to jump on and read some of my own mail and smell my own farts basically. A few of the under-age ammo boys liked to get on there from different clubs and stir each other up and I enjoyed the banter, pumped up a few boys I knew on the local footy forums as well as reading about Carlton.

Been on here and contributing to the rot ever since.

Same year and similar story for me.
It was revealed on The Footy Show in 2003 that Boomer winning the B&F that year was leaked on BF. It was a big deal because it impacted betting.

My story is similar to yours.

I was googling for places that sold Richmond Draught after it was released, as I really wanted to get my hands on some. One of the results was a thread on BF, and the rest is history.

I've been accused of being a bandwagoner simply because I wasn't aware these forums existed prior to then.

Anyone remember the old Yahoo footy forum? I was on that for a few years and this place was mentioned on there as an alternative. Soooo I looked it up and joined.
If you think this place is bad, the moderation on the old Yahoo forum was a lot worse.
