The brownlow generally rewards consistency and Priddis is easily the most consistent bar Ablett or Fyfe......who both cannot win.

He deserves it.....

Consistency doesn't equal consistently excellent performance.

I knew he'd poll well. But thought he'd fall 3-5 points short. He did have enough good games to get 18 ish votes.
Surprising that he won? Sure. But cmon, who else would you have given votes too.

Not the player who puts other West Coast players under consistent pressure and with limited hurt factor going forward.

Priddis should be congratulated but I'm surprised. Then again, Cooney and Woewodin have a Charlie in their back pocket against the more appropriate form of recognition in AFL MVP voting.

I'm pleased another West Coast player has won a Brownlow but I'm surprised it's Priddis.
