Ophidian Old Boys Unveils Plan to Save the SWEET F.A.​

Spotswood Chancellor Tigerturbulance has unveiled the Old Boys Selective Talent Engagement And Levy Scheme (STEALS), designed to address the need for a robust, equitable, and comprehensive talent identification and development framework that will expand the SFA and save the struggling competition.​

Fantasy Football is bespoke to the challenges faced by the SWEET. F.A. of struggling teams, dwindling numbers, low post numbers and a mass exodus of quality qooty players.

Upon unveiling the the Old Boys STEAL program at the Home of the Old Boys in Spotswood, Chancellor and Old Boys Captain Tigerturbulance said, “The unveiling and subsequent implementation of OOBs STEAL Scheme underscores our alignment with the SWEETs global standards for talent development and acquisition, signaling our pursuit of excellence on the qooty stage and our commitment to expand the SFA” Turbo stated.

“The STEAL Scheme will identify current talented players who have lost their passion for Qooty through a data-informed approach to talent identification. This tailored approach to our STEAL program highlights our commitment to the national growth of fantasy football by ensuring current talent from every corner of the SWEET. F.A. is given a chance to shine, leading to more players staying and a stronger more robust competition. We have identified in particular many Captains often struggle from burn out trying to maintain squad lists of uninterested sh!t posters in teams with no identity that really have no purpose being in the SFA. We currently have four former club Captains that have been revitalized through the STEAL program and it is our intention to recruit more team Captains going forward to help save the competition and ensure the SFA gets stronger."

"Many non OOB players will criticize what we are doing, but they are the very people that have brought this competition to its knees. Remember the only thing necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing, we at OOBs are good people and we will do everything we can to build the SFA back up through our STEAL initiative” Turbo concluded.
