I went for a 60/70 this morning for the eggs, only a slight improvement. I’m going to take the eggs out of the fridge tonight so they’ll be at room temperature in the morning. My next step is play around with water temperature, might need a couple of degrees, so I’m going for a 65/70. I’ll keep you all updated

Well varied the temp to 65 and lowered the time to 65 which means a 65/65 egg. Slightly over cooked, the whites just a tab but the yolks weren’t as free flowing. I’m going to wind the time back to 63 and see how that works.

The great thing about food discussion is the varied topics. I know eggs are protein but I’d like to cover all of the food groups. Carbs is going to be huge, POTATOES especially. In that today is Friday and traditionally Fish n Chip night does anyone want to comment on their favourite Batter? I’m huge on light batter Tempura style. What’s yours?
