mate we got our pants pulled down yesterday no doubting that, to say the boys were embarrassed would be an understatement. but that whu you earn the double chance as it doesn't end our season and we won't play that bad again. In saying that it was as close to a complete performance from Osborne that i've seen.

although i do hope ur blokes belt the arrogance out of osbourne
:)

any hope of osbourne actually getting recognition that they are a better side than jindera ,to lose by nearly 100 points i wouldnt say everything fell their way, id say they were demolished by a much better, harder team who have been unbelievable all year and a flag would be very deserving recognition for their great year .

Blue boy if you read one post above yours you would find that i gave Osborne a lot of recognition they were outstanding, even Harty yesterday was saying how good of a performance it was

i didnt actually read that far down, i only read the first post which i quoted ..good to see u actually gave them recognition, sorry about that
and *here it is* league vote count is this weekend im quite sure of .

Strong rumours abound Pender off to Osborne next season, our boys didn't have enough kanga to afford him, we'll stick to juniors. Schilg rumours wont go away with Culcairn either:thumbsu::thumbsu::thumbsu:

Don't worry about kanga for penda, just a build a KFC and matty will be there in a jiffy!!!:D

I am afraid you wont belt the arrogance out of Osborne , it is to deeply entrenched out there as anyone who has played against them over the years will testify...interesting whispers are circulating that they have signed Luke Carroll ( Albury ) as coach for huge money... Hume League is rapidly becoming a league of haves and havnots where some clubs will risk financial ruin in an effort to compete with this mob.

hahahaha well said. im afraid to say thats where the leauge is at the moment with the money situation with even mediocre players getting 100 + a game easy

Interesting to see the standard of umpiring on Saturday for the Culcairn v Jindera match. Was out there last Saturday for the Jindera v Osborne game and it was quite appalling for both teams. It was not at all consistent with dodgy calls going both ways and a terrible decision saw one of the Jindera players sent from the field. Hoping to see an improvement this week. Anyone else agree with my thoughts?

The umpiring has been terrible everywhere across the country! The VFL, AFL, Hume League, O&M, etc. But yeh, i agree with u. The umpiring has been terrible this yr. But hey, thats bush footy 4 ya.

Unfortunately you can't have a game without them, but with a couple less o and m games this weekend you would think that the standard will improve

Being an ex player of the hume league MH, I am afraid the league has been there for 8-10 years. If a lower club trys to make finals or be extremley competative for 1 or 2 years they are stuffed for the next 5 until the coin builds up again.............;)

yep thats becauces of the influence of players from in town comes want good players from somewhere else comes at a price for lower placed clubs. unlike high clubs who have had a steady base of loyal locals who can also play decent footy which seems to be the problem across the board for lower clubs except the maggots they are just ferals

Umpiring was disgracefull again yesterday Jindera on the wrong end of a 33-7 free kick count. The league are trying to talk the clubs into a 3 umpire system for the Grand Final.

Aren't most people on here Culcairn (shattered) or Jindera (focused)?

The three teams with more resources than the others made the last three, the best two made the grand final. Could have played it in April.

I think Osborne will win by 15 points.

And congratulations to Nathan McPherson on winning the Azzi - obviously a coach who asks the club not to name him in the best players.

maybe the reason matt klemke has lost most of his games against jindera as coach is because he is too arrogant to ever rate them.. And isnt it fitting that his last game as coach of culcairn was yet another loss to jindera.

not sure if klemke was being arrogant, i think he was just stating the obvious.pretty sure he did rate jindera and i think the article he wrote in todays paper is probably spot on. if culcairn had won last week and made the GF, you can bet that who ever wrote the article same as klemke, would of had the same margin in osbornes favour and rightly so.they are red hot favourites and deserve to be. but footy can be a funny game.

all the best to both jindera and osborne on saty.axe's tip dogs by 2 points with my old mate robbie murray to kick a goal after the siren!!:thumbsu:
OSborne for me always come good towards finals im tipping a block buster! osborne by 13points Mcelvie 6 goals BOG-Djali Bloomfeild RUBOG-A Gooden

Maybe the reason matt klemke has lost most of his games against jindera as coach is because they are a good side......jindera finished second on the ladder cul finished third.....slightly better side. and last year no one could stop jindera towards the end of the year.

Osbourne by 25 points. bog DJ Bloomfield

would love to get a copy of last years BM as i believe he wrote something similar. but you can't blame the bloke for being a bit bitter towards the Dogs. (they have finished the Lions season 2 years in a row) Good luck to all 5 Jindera Teams playing tomorrow interesting to see only the Under 17's and A Grade Netty starting favourites. Would love to see 5 flags been flown at the club rooms tomorrow night.
In the seniors it'll be a classic encounter Osborne have had 2 weeks to ponder this and to try and make up for the previous 2 years misgivings. A LOT of pressure on the Cats and if Jindera get a couple in front, there maybe a bit of panic. In saying that they have the form on the board but it is a Grand Final and anything can and will happen. So for me i'm going with my heart and saying Jindera by 8 in the 3rds Pinny BOG, 3 in the 2's Toddy Graz BOG, 6 in the B grade Netty Carla BOG, 15 in A grade Netty ALi Wightman BOG and 16 points in the Main Game with Duelsy taking home The Des Kenndy medal.
Whatever the results good luck to all teams and the party in JIndera tomorrow night to be HUGE.

p.s congrats to McPherson on the Azzi deserved winner:thumbsu:

Get your facts straight puppy power. You'll find Klemke tipped Jindera to win by about the same margin last year and he was about right. And I'm confident that at the final siren tomorrow you'll be saying Matt Klemke is a pretty good tipster. I think he was being generous, I would have tipped Osborne by 97 (remember Osborne was nine goals to one at quarter time two weeks ago before they took the pedal off). Klemke's head to head against Jindera was 3-3 until last weeks kick after the siren. :D
