jindera have been fantastic to me and my wife since we have been out there. who said i turned my back on Thurgoona. There are a number of reasons to which why i left and quite frankly none of them are any of your business. I don't/ won't justify myself to someone who obviously knows who i am but is happy to hide behind a made up name, to sling shit at me.

Time for some discussion on the proper competition, who will win the 2s flag? i have heared that holbrook have some handy 2s players like desmond royal, the BB Saints have some very handy former albury tigers who are keen for a season in the 2s. any news about jindera or osobrne?

Desmond Royal could've been a gun footballer. Reads the play well and has a punishing left foot that can really hurt you on the scoreboard. However he hasn't had a good pre season, needs a fair a bit of conditioning before he plays this year.

Jindera is being coached by Kane Arendarcikas, apparently Heath Naughton will be pulling the boots on for Jindera 2nd's this season. Handy pick up.

Anyone heard of Jake Edmunds and John Miller? Rumour has it they will be lining up for Holbrook two's for a few games this year....

Reading on NSWAFL clearances Adam White and Sam Terlich crossing over to the Rock, added with Michel to Marrar and the Cats have lost some handy players and height from last year and even though Terlich didn't have a great 08 he is still a game breaker.

if you google southern NSW AFL there is a clearance link, however it seems to have mainly the clubs closer to Wagga or players that are coming from the RFL nothing on the clubs closer to Albury or those coming from other states such as VCFL.

I found that one, but as you said, it has nothing on the Hume league that I can see.

Been hearing the same, Brookers will be strong as with Osborne as they always are, Jindera will be there abouts as well depending if senior injuries rob the depth, Cul have picked up a few which might help them with depth, the Howlong boys are talkin up there hopes as always by given the recruiting they have done will help, RWT might be the surprise side if all they are saying is right! BBS seem to be playing the same tune every year but just dont make the grade. My top 10 are !

just watched the jindera v finley. tough game in the conditions, lot of rain and wind. Jindera by about 10 goals. C
hris ryan best on ground followed by James Barlee. Boxhead abit ordinary by foot but tried hard.

Billabong Crows practice match next friday 20th, underlights against Tungamah. Should be a good test to see where they are considering Tungamah won the Picola League last year.

Big jump for Holbrook to go above Cul and Jindera. Any reason why? Were a bit behind top 3 last year evident in their 100pt defeat in semi at the hands of the Dogs. I think a fair bit of the final ladder will hinge on clubs draws. Any more than 2 or 3 losses and top 3 spot is gone as it has been in the HFL for the last 10 years. Interesting you put Osborne on top. Lost 2 key talls and a small forward, all who played in the Cats forward line in the past few years which will put added pressure on the Glessons to produce week in week out.

Agree that Box did a great job for Thurgoona. Took on the coaching under difficult circumstances when no-one else would coach us and led us to our highest ever finish.
However, your comment above is incorrect, that is not the way it happened. I'm sure Brett can set the record straight, privately or publicly, just so you know.

As far as i'm concerned everything was done in a proffesional manner above board and with most inportantly the upmost honesty by both parties. Bot parties have moved on from it without any ill feeling or animosity toward the other. The case is closed so lets move on to this year
