It's amazing to me that with a three party candidate system the admin could have got in with four clubs behind him. It was flawed from the get go.

That's not actually true, the captains voted based on preferential rankings. AB got 6 first preference votes and once second preferences get accounted for by removing one of the candidates either way he'd get an outright majority with 7.

It was obviously Kennedy Parker evil plan to create major controversy.

It was a meticulously planned, masterful display of machiavellian politics ND.

If the successor who was voted in ended up being fantastic, I can claim to be champion of democracy that allowed the people to pick the best leader.

If the successor was a total failure, I can turn around and say it had nothing to do with me and totally due to the ineptitude of the committee, I'm not to blame, the league is.
