Will double quote here. Out of curiosity, you seem upset and carrying on about a player staying on the field concussed. Do you think a player who has been concussed will play well if he stays out?? If they are genuinely concussed they won’t. It seems more you believe keeping a player out on the field who is concussed is some “advantage” to a team and you see it more as a game than welfare.

The AFL Doctors Association are for it, the NRL already does it and experts in the field note it would be a step in the right direction

This topic is back in the news. Seems the league is coming around to the idea of independent doctors but in true AFL fashion ‘it’s a conversation they want to keep having’. Better to keep issuing ‘please explains’ than bite the bullet and make the move to independent doctors.
