What I’d find hilarious is that in Dec they are likely to have another 25 basis point cut then that is it for the next 6 months until they get a handle on what Trump’s policies are starting to do. Imagine if the interest rate cuts are done and dusted. There may not be a lot of relief for those taking out a mortgage.
