I would much rather Waters as a defensive HFF than Nicoski as any type of player the coaching staff think they can turn him into.

Thanks for the reports people, Nico didn't get much of a mention was he simply his usual cr@p self or did he not get much TOG?

For those who were there - Where did Waters play? Sounds like he was a bit everywhere, but was he running of HF as Woosh said in the paper they are going to do or was he back?

From what I saw, he played HF and either pushed into the middle, as a lot of HFs would do, or he spent a little bit of time in the middle.

Note, however, that the Eagles dominated so often the ball was locked into our 50.

Goldfish Beau- BOG and easily. Had an impact from start to finish. Disposal was very clean. Set up numerous plays. My Colliwobble mate actually made a specific mention RE his disposal. Goals, tackles and clean disposals....

You need to get rid of your 'scaly' mates.

correct me if im wrong but i got the impression from the other posts that besides intensity the other areas JON needs to work on is his fitness and possibly his size

Has Lynchy played a good game this preseason? I don't think he has. Maybe his mind is elsewhere (upcoming birth of his child). I hope that's all it is, 'cos I really want him to break Jako's consecutive games record, but at the moment I don't think he's performing at best 22 level, and probably doesn't deserve to be picked Round 1

The problem of course is who do we play instead. Kennedy will play regardless, but Hansen for Lynch? Wilson?

I reckon Lynch could go kickless the whole pre-season and still get first crack at FF.

History shows that he's our best option when the real stuff starts.
