10 racks and a massive space. Would have been 150 people there. When you see 10 people walking in and none out should have been a sign.

Lucky other location is 10 mins away
I use the squat rack on Push and Leg day, so I always make sure I am almost always on time, even 10-15mins late can ruin the chance of getting a rack.

I can ony imagine it would be very disheartening to be ready to go and not being able to start the way you want. Mind you changing the order in which you do exercises can be a good thing in some cases.

There was no leg machines available. Just cardio and he's a Spanish bloke I have no time for

When you go after work around [emoji6]pm it's like a zoo in there.

And the BO!! I literally dry reach at times. Especially when there’s a bunch of tradies
 
I walked out of the gym for the first time ever.

I walked in and all the racks were taken. 90% of the equipment was used and I just turned around, walked out and went to another location.
I guess having a Derrimut membership is handy in that regard in certain areas of town

Bought lifting straps for the first time ever cos i am a bitch who likes to cheat and i got really bad Petechiae in my hand from the blood vessels bursting near the skin.

Got hot and itchy and i was scared as shit, but at least the straps allowed me double overhand 120kg stiff leg barbell RDLS.

Even big boys use lifting straps.
I took off a fair bit of calloused skin doing hex bar deads today so I'm actually thinking of breaking mine out again.

I didn't realise i'd get all these little red spots.

Anyway it was really good. I would always fail my grip so good to finally have something that gives me a few more reps
