Yeh once you start it’s basically a lifelong comittment. It’s not purely an aesthetic choice to be fair, there’s substantial lifestyle benefits.Trt I reckon would be just too.. once you are on you are on...
Lol if I was ever going to 'cheat' with drugs it would be short term style with some way of cutting, like taking a stimulant for a few days and then a loss of appetite for a week after just to see what is possible leaning up..
On a day like today, where i am absolutely ****ed from 6 days on, 1 off at the gym for minimal gains and so much pain and suffering, it does seem like a good way out.Trt I reckon would be just too.. once you are on you are on...

Ive found a website and had it sitting idle for a few months for a telehealth TRT thing. As im getting older the recovery and little niggles are getting harder and harder to push aside to stay active.
Itll happen at some point, i always said id look properly into it at 40 but thats still 2 and a 1/2 years off... i reckon ill cave earlier
Soooooort of.My understanding of TRT is that you can only be prescribed if your T levels are low? By low I mean ridiculously low. The decision to be legally prescribed TRT is not a patients choice? Am I wrong?
A few doctors have already said this isn’t possible. Sounds like a VERY convenient excuse to meClaims gym-goers have contracted chlamydia from exercise equipment cause panic
Shock claims of chlamydia infection from gym equipment: expert verdict
Fears were first raised by a TikTok user who claimed he contracted the infection at the gym after wiping his eye with a towel that was placed on a seat.www.dailymail.co.uk

Growing up in the late 80s and 90s would've murded someone for their evap air con. Either for school or home.I’d say it doesn’t work anywhere
While I have been training since Jan 1, I viewed today as the "first" day of a new gym year.
Genuinely surprised that I didnt really see any newbies, however I did see a few people that I havent seen in literally months from the gym.
metoo! I reckon I may as well have scanned in and walked outI had my first session back this morning, we had one newbie and someone return who has been absent for a year.
Geez it was hard yakka, my last session was Xmas eve, since then i've drank and ate and not exercised, not surprising of course but back on the horse.
