Basic fundamentals.

Again, I cgaf what others do, start with a Boston half crab shoulder press with a twist for all I give a shit but if you start without the fundamentals right it’s gonna end poorly.

Doing a pull up is no more fundamentally sound than doing single arm cable lat pulldowns. Too many people concerned with variants away from what people did 50 years ago

Raw dogged a big leg day today. No music. No Phone. Just good old fashioned lifting.

No idiots pissing me off. It was a good day
I am annoyed that my legs are still ****ed from Saturday leg day. I am walking like i am severely hurt.

I touch my calf and its so painful. The perks of training hard and not being a lil bitch ;)

Get the "schools back, lets join a gym" crew checking in
Its challenging, its frustrating, because I know when the weather cools down and its cold, wet, windy and miserable, most literally disappear. They are not serious, its just something to do temporarily.

Its the same pattern I have seen for the previous two years at this time.

Ive had my headphones die on me once at the gym. I learnt a lesson to always have them charged.

Even when they go dead, I keep them on. I dont want to give someone the opportunity to chat with me. :$
