Me too the new players are like viagra.
Same here. And i think its the mix of coaching structure change, plus a few key player changes, some FD changes, possible board changes, and a probable game plan change.
I think so too and I can feel it as well. Word of caution though, there was a similar buzz in the 2008-09 off season...

I'd say there's a positivity which has crept in to the club for sure.
Moving Yarran on was certainly the right decision as his situation would have become a distraction.
By all reports, Deledio wasn't the most popular bloke at the club either.
Our off-season was great and securing Puma as apparel partner has been fantastic.

And yet most of the significant changes we've seen were initiated by people other than Balme.
Our trade period had been better than most. Our assistant coaches look enthused. We have added X factor through the draft.
We have to wait to see if Hardwick can change the game plan to something that will excite both player and fan. I pray that he does.

Symptomatic. It seems we are unravelling the poor choices we have made over the last 5 years. Though Balme has his prints over the assistant coaching appointments, prior to that we were all set to keep Chaplain on as a coach without opening the position up to applicants.
