Tell me about Hurley. I have seen a lot of Richie and he is amazing. Easily the best junior footballer I have ever seen. I'm guessing that he is a ruckmen...?

BTW, whether they get the spoon or not, it looks like it may be another long year at Carlton. And my Dad who's a Carlton supporter said that he now can't wait for the cricket season to start.

carlton to win the next 7 games straight...hehe just being different. Signs didnt look good yesterday, but ill reserve my judgement for now, a week is a long time in footy and 22 weeks in an eternity.

The team that will finish bottom will be the side with the most injuries.

We want them to hang around and get flogged each and every week. We want to see their prized draft picks crack the sh-ts after 3 or 4 years and go to other worthy clubs. Why? Well I can't be bothered writting the 10 page report on how much I hate Carlton. Its just the way it is...

I'm a West Coast supporter and I'm quite happy for Carlton to stay at the bottom of the ladder. Wouldn't mind Essendon being down there with them.

No mention of finals, no mention of massive expectations just rebuilding. Young sides with very few experienced players need to work on deficiencies & keep improving on every level of their game. It's going to take time,unfortunately most people who think they understand football are very delusional about this process.

Just remember in Indonesia there's a bamboo plant that you water on a daily basis for 90 days without growing an inch, then in 1 month it shoots 5 metres in the air it then keeps growing & growing to become the tallest of the bamboo tree family. The admin has said that after the pain of previous years we can expect some major improvements - this is a step backwards.

There are plenty of plants with plenty of watering grow continuously for their entire lives eventually turning into oak trees, the bamboo theory is almost ridiculous.

We have blamed the admin, we have blamed the afl, we have blamed the coaches, we have blamed the media, we have blamed the board - only one place left to look. Maybe they do need a good hard look at themselves, but I can tell you right now, losing to Richmond has seriously put lid on things. No excuses, games like that after the last 7 years are heart breaking -
