We really need to win some games. I'm turning into a Suns boomer.

What whiskey shall the boomer squad start with this weekend sir?

Is it true that the walking Party Pack has coached 4 wins from the last 14 games - since getting re-signed? Why aren't more people talking other than on here. The Kangaroos game has to be a critical game for Dew and a few of his pals. On another note - which players did we miss because we took Mac Andrew so high a few years back?

I get that this a negative page but why are people turning against Mac Andrew.

He's played 5 games are people expecting talls to immediately come in and be Lance Franklin?

He's got speed and agility and he's not a bad field kick. Players take time to develop you would expect people on here of all places to understand that.

I'm still very optimistic on Andrew, another pre season and will be a key position player that is super athletic, not suited to playing on small forwards. Some players take a bit longer and he may end up as good as any of our top draft picks

Personally, I don't understand why we match him up often with small/fast forwards. Especially when we had Lemmens and others there.

Andrew has natural talent but could possibly take 4 years before he has any impact.
Josh Rochelle Adelaide Pick 6
Mitch Owens Pick 33 Both have made massive impact in 2nd year something we desperately need now.

I’m sure we would have taken rachelle if we knew Izak was going..

Gibcus is the other one who has looked good early.

I’m still ok with the Andrew pick. Would want to see progression in game sense as well as physical size year on year. Has good attributes no doubt.

I like him with ball in hand. Don’t say that about many real tall guys.

Can he get his positioning, work rate, body strength up to scratch?

Time will tell. Got to give him a couple of years no doubt.

Strength, positioning are both things that are very easy to teach/build. Those footskills, athleticism and ability to read the ball in play is something you struggle to teach. I've got massive faith in Mac.

Can l suggest beating North Melbourne is going to prove ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

Dew realistically needs to win 3 of the next 4 to survive the bye and get us to 4-5. You would think North and WC (with their injury list) would be more likely wins, which means you need to pinch one of Melbourne or Richmond, Melbourne got soundly beaten by Essendon on the weekend while Richmond are really struggling compared to their lofty heights, so both are chances but we will be going in underdogs.
