Shows how immature they are as a club.
Ironically the 21 year old who Mitchell and co defended as a 'very young man' has actually shown more maturity about the whole thing than any of Sicily, Hodge, Lewis, or even Mitchell himself.

Anyone notice Ginnivan had just 9 possies, 2 seagull goals and a trade mark sideways snap that didn't make the distance with the game on the line. and a good number of squibs. You gonna lip off you really gotta back it up better than that. He must have been stunned when Hinkley came at him without a keyboard :)
Ginnivan had a solid game for a small forward.

And he wouldnt give a toss about Ken, reckon he would have been loving it actually.

The problem aint Ginnivan.

His direct opponent was best on ground.

Anyway Ginni handled it well, laughed it off as he should of and kept going. It comes with the territory when you put yourself out there and disrespect an opponent. He knows that. The carry on from hawk centric media however has been hilarious.

You wish you still had him, unlucky for you and Daicos, you gave up this year's first pick too, could've been handy

We were tipped by everyone to be bottom 4 and by many to be wooden spoon. And were 1 kick away from a Prelim.

Its scary, huh ?
Sounds eerily like Ken’s 2013 season 🤣🤣

Wasn’t so scary in the end. It’s easier to jump from the bottom to the pack than it is the pack to the top.

Burgoyne was off the leash. Great game. His skills were a big factor in such a high pressure game. Port generally were hard at it for 4 qtrs. To Hawks credit they gave as good as they got. Sicily hitting the post was the sliding door moment. He fluffed it, and the residual agony of disappointment had him on the edge of losing the plot in the aftermath. Fortunately his young team mates got in his ear.
