There's talk that someone has been trying to sell it, was evidently mentioned on a news promo. Someone on SS claims to have seen it and says something along the lines of it not being good and hopefully not getting out.

Please. We're a laughing stock in the AFL community. We're the dupes who bought a shiny used car and didn't check under the hood. Hell, we're worse - we didn't see the drugs piled up in the boot.
If there is a second video he needs an immediate six month ban by our club.
The AFL PA needs to come on board with this and so does Jake.

If there is a second video and it's a different incident, I am not sure he will still be at the club, I get the feeling he was close to being Gawn this time. If that happens I hope we do not have to pay his contract out
We are actually really lucky it came out now instead of let's say mid January! It has soften the blow. Club has been efficient in its damage control and even though we can't parade Carlisle around like we would have wanted to, we still come across as a club with good values and that we wont stand for behavior like that.

Stupid of him to send the video... If there is a second a video (someone on Twitter said Channel 10 mentioned it), then it's a worry... But I would be surprised if any one is interested in it, unless it's particularly compromising or whatever. But if it's a similar thing then it's not exactly breaking news.

I wonder what Essendon leaders are thinking. On a human level. I'm amazed there have been no questions directed their way.
I'll be looking on as we win premierships with one of the best defensive duo's in history whilst Essendon try ship off their version of a Jimmy Toumpas for a 3rd round pick!! Or so we can hope!
In all honestly, I reckon it's gonna go one of two ways. Either we have bought a dud and will continue to be a problem or... The buck has dropped and this becomes the kick in the arse for Jake to realise his potential and become one of the best KPD's in the game.... I'm betting on the latter.
And if there is a second video, if Jake is/or has been up front with the club about its existence than I'm comfortable if can be handled sensibly and we won't have another Andy Lovett style situation.

I am warming to the idea of getting him to come clean on all his indescretions while under the guidance of the EFC and going to the press on how bad his world was and how we are going to give him a chance to restart his career. The more we are able to associate his actions to the EFC now the better. Anthing that comes out in 6 months time, even from his dark Essendon days, we will have to live with.
All these players had a chance at one stage of their career to get the arse.
Now im not for one second putting Jake in their class. Or saying he has the runs on the board BUT lets give the bloke a chance before we write him off already.
And thats A CHANCE AT ST.KILDA not judged on being a knob before getting here. Those Essendon habits are hard to break you know

I wouldn't mind a lengthy ban in that circumstance. I would cry if we've wasted Pick 5 for actions whilst not at the club. Allows us to mark a line and divide into Essendon vs St Kilda actions/timeline, being seen to take a hard line, hardly disrupt a flag tilt!, but allows us to keep the investment.
