Valenti showed nothing? That's just not true. Maybe you could say he lacked in certain areas but to say he showed nothing is a silly comment. I'm pretty sure one of his last games for Melbourne he had 30 touches and kicked a goal.
Do you know why your club didn't recruit Valenti ?

Maybe there's a thing called depth...... you should have done something in his best interest and got him to a real club.......

You guys didn't even give him a chance, that's why he hit up game, he probably one of you best players, that's not hard to do.
Valenti wouldn't find a spot on Hawthorn's team if you figured out we are more superior than you's... it's like saying why didn't Miles Sewell get to Hawthorn......

Because he was left in the gates of hell.... didn't get enough of a chance for other teams to have a good enough look at him. He did fine at Melbourne anyway.
Thats the Irish in James coming out, glad to see he finally got his chance at AFL level, have followed him since he was at the Stingrays, my dad and James dad know each other so thats why i have followed him, hope he has a long career at melbourne.

He's alright actually tries his hardest, must be a shame that you saw the back of him, beautiful kick with the footy & very solid, je's like our Tapscott. Bruce I don't mind what you say about him, i'm not a fan of him anyway.
Question though: Should Valenti get another chance at another club?
