I actually feel okay about this. Not overly pleased to lose Ben Ken, as I thought he had talent, but he didn't make the most of his opportunities and Howe is a good return for a guy we got with pick 18. Some will say that Howe doesn't really bring anything to the forward line setup that we don't already possess but I think he's a solid acquisition, in the right age bracket who could make an impact right away, which is something we need as a team pushing for finals.

The loss of Seedsman is only disappointing because I feel that he never lived up to his potential during his time with us. A lot of sizzle without a whole lot of steak.
