What have they got one this week and another next week?
Anybody know will they be playing everyone whose fit or just trying out the 'possibles' in a scratch match?
I see in the Leader it lists Sherlock, Notman and Ball are the three 19 yr olds.

According to Shane Sexton.. "It's probably the best group we've had for some time. There's certainly a lot more height in our squad than we've had over the past few years," he said. They seem pretty confident this season

Looks like they've added a player already since the lists were lodged last week!
Daniel Willcocks is on the Jets player profiles but not on their list per the record. Is he a jumpered player at Jets or not?
I heard something about the TAC cup can field 25 players in the first 5 rounds.. Footyman can you confirm this?

The bench has been extended to 6 players for the first four rounds of the season.
Not 100% sure but i think so.
There's been a few additions to the training list of boys who are hoping to get a second chance after being cut.
Willcocks is the only one of those 5 or 6 that is on that list so i guess he is a jumpered player now.
Bachar who are the other 5 or so that are training in hope of being added to the list?
Joel Evans and Hamish Andrew are still training.
Alex Eade and Celik Aliaj were but i'm pretty sure they have recently been released.

dw brother he will be, he killed it in the B;s n at 3 qtr time the A's coach spoke to him n he played A's n played well, n hes giving him till round 4 till he goes into the A side. thats a good point but i have no dought that he will make it into the team at some point or another.

he was not there in the selections but played praccys for both teams and was told he will start in b's then move up 2 a's. At same token azza williams did miss out, both of them r good mates of mine, i played with both boys, azz at skool and hoppers and patto at skool and i moved 2 werribee so i can play with him. but next year i think both should make it.
Aaron Williams got cut from jets because in the position they were grooming him to play, they already had another player who was older and bigger bodied. Still he had the best kick at jets

That might be the official version.... He is ahead of some of those on the list at the jets imo, as are some others that also missed out.
Azz was groomed as a running back pocket type, took the kick outs and pinch hit in the middle occasionally.
Very similar type of role to that of Justin Morris. In fact i likened Azz to a young Juzzy a long time ago, even down to personality.
Obviously he wasn't going to take Morris' spot this year, but bottom agers are usually given a little more scope because it's a developmental competition.
That's why i was suprised to see he got cut, as bustapaks said he is ahead of some on the list, and everyone knows how good his kick is.
Might be something more to it then meets the eye, i dunno...

Hi all, just to let all parents know that BM Sports have rescheduled there AFL clinic to the 16th and 17th of Friday, from 8:30am to 3:00pm at Soldiers Reserve Werribee for children aged 7 to 13. Due to the change of dates and any inconvenience caused, we have reduced the normal price of $80 a day or $140 for the two days to $50 a day or $90 for the two days. It includes skill training, morning tea, drinks plus specialised training by senior Werribee FC players including Rob Castello and Dom Gleeson over both days. Timmy knows what he has to work on, probably size let him down as well.
Work rate is second to none; i believe he is still working very hard, so wouldn't be suprised to see him back on the list in the future.
