Thats the exact reason it hasnt been in Melbourne.

No, it’s not.

You also played Port there in 2022 as well.

You also played us there in 2022 and 2024.

Seems like the pattern is the SA teams go to Hobart.

Btw, I hate to break it to you but you had 18k there last time you played a non Vic side. I doubt the AFL is concerned about a response from a crowd that small.

Full aware of what the crowd numbers are against interstate sides.

in total, prior to JHFs move, how many times had the two teams met in Hobart, and how many times had they played at Marvel?

2022 was the first I believe, but what does that prove?

It was also the first time Adelaide played there. Why the sudden shift there then?

If you’re going to make such an outlandish claim you need more evidence than something that can very easily (and absolutely is) be a coincidence.

The evidence is this:

Games played between North and Port outside of Victoria since JHF trade = 100%
Games played between North and Port inside of Victoria since JHF trade = 0%

remove your head from the sand and understand the optics around this.

Didn't the other guy have a good game today too?

Maybe.....the AFL website like a lot of big sites that get a lot of traffic have ads through out it and because of that...they'll only show content that people wanna watch or and click on.

It's something I've noticed this year. Harley's everywhere, people love Harley......particularly on that site and yet I rarely see the other guy  Even when he plays well.

I wonder why that is???

I hear if you say his name three times in an ice bath while wearing a Fremantle beanie on your left foot, Maynard will jump out from behind the shower curtain and say “boo”

Best not to say his name.

Ever.

Just to be safe.

I find it farcical that North's last 2 home games against Port have been in Hobart. Last year's match should have been at Marvel at the very least.

Surely Adelaide Oval might be a good place to play more than occasionally.

So out of the last 13 games against nort we've only had 2 home games? And they're whinging about blunnies arena, a place their club CHOOSES to play games at, for a tidy sum of money.

This is correct.

There's clearly concern about how the Melbourne based Roos fans will react to Jason, and the Hobart fixture somehwat mitigates this, but enough water has gone under the bridge now to get it back to Melbourne.
Because of the horn 2 teams and fans have to go to Tasmania.
This is absolute comedy GOLD...🤣🤣🤣
But what's even funnier is that the guy who posted it probably believes it ...🤣🤣🤣

Yeah, we seem to play them in Hobart frequently too.

Just AFL shenanigans to send teams that already travel enough even further, instead of sending other Vic clubs.

What's the difference between 500 North fans booing him at Marvel or 500 in Hobart?
But the total crowd at Hobart is only 500, AFL lies and says it's 5000 just for the optics! Tasmanian guvment can't wait for North to go back to the mainland, they're getting no bang for their buck in the next three years.

JHF one of the smartest players going around, smelt a rotting corpse, got out at first opportunity. Nick Blakey gave them a wide berth by not nominating as a F/S.

Didn't they throw ridiculous $$ at Kelly (GWS), Martin (RICH) & DeGoey? And still couldn't land either even when it was at a time just after their recent finals success. If they couldn't land one big fish then, then they would definitely not anytime soon after being in the dungoens for the last 6-7 years regardless of having the messiah as head coach.
