Thing is, if anyone sort of understands what North fans are going through, we were the same when we were schitzenhouzen back in 2011/2012, and Troy Chaplin left to go to Richmond. We hated on him too, whilst lauding players like Boak, Trengove, etc for staying for the rebuild.

Difference was, Chaplin hung s**t on the club and the city when leaving. If he just left, we would have wished him Good Riddance. Instead we wished him the F-Off.

All JHF did, was leave. And North fans just can’t understand or accept that a lot of the reason was their shambles of a club that they were. Good that they’re building a club that might drag themselves out after 5 years of crap. But you gotta let go of the hatred after this amount of time.
