He would be perfect at Melbourne.
If he goes into the PSD, I can't see Richmond or Melbourne passing up on him.

Are Pies fans concerned just a little, that depth players in Anthony and Fraser are now gone, and guys like Lockyer and Medhurst recently retiring...
Are there enough experienced players still lurking around in case the kids aren't quite up to it and pushing for senior selection?

In the National Draft. If he goes in the PSD, he'll struggle to end up at Fremantle or Carlton. He would be ideal foil for Jack Riewoldt.

That all depends on the price they put on his head and the contract length etc.

Krakouer has replaced Medhurst (similar players)
Tarks is hard to replace.
We have lost a young player (JA) and experienced player (fraser) but have gained experience (Tarrant) and gained a young player (Ceglar).
So not really....

I doubt he is going to put a $400 K plus figure on his head. Richmond could afford him easily.
True but Richmond would have a bit of cap space surely.

We took him in the ND, Melbourne could have taken him but they went in another direction.
I was simply implying that Richmond could afford him in the PSD and they have a pick before Carlton. That's all.

The pies depth isn't as strong as it was this year, however I don't exactly see any sides up the top that have great depth.
I thought that getting a young AFL experienced KPP would be handy for your lot.....
What KPP do you have atm?
