Roos left Longmire in better shape than Longmire left the list for Cox.
Even Eade left a list that Roos could work with.
The biggest problem with these guys is that they have become used to winning games with one quarter scintillating bursts of footy from a few stars, based on the hard work of the less talented players doing their roles.
Now when one of those role players gets beaten, then the wheels fall off the game plan which renders our stars useless for large potions of games.
Yesterday it was the third quarter.
JJ could do no more of his negative role on Neale.
Rowy was ok but gave nothing the other way.

Once we were down by 16 points with the game gone, we played different & got close again.

Same with last week when we were 27 points down. We then got going with our pressure.
But we only have one quarter of that in us per game against the good teams. If we don’t kick efficiently & accurately like we did in the first 13 weeks last year, we drop games.
We could easily be 2 & 0.
So our guys are comfortable with being down by 4 plus goals because they have done it for so long.
It’s mental & once a group has this in them it’s impossible for any coach to transform.
This is Horse’s legacy.

The Bloods was Roos’ legacy.
