8 years on the list is FA. He is only restricted if he is in the highest 11 players at the club ..the top25%. ...and even then it can get distorted by leveraging the payment, if his contract was front loaded or rear loaded.

Being UFA means he could get very big offers from the clubs desperate for KPD.
