HOWEVER, I have more goss about Caddy, and we need to be careful in what mindset he comes to the club:

He wants the fame that footballers get in Melbourne, he wants to go out to clubs and for everyone to know him.
That's why he wants to come home, and that's from someone close to the Suns. Extreme caution.

That source could be bitter.

Good point, but *source* is a professional. This situation is growing eerily similar to Nathan Buckley in 93 and givin' me some bad vibes man...

Barrett also said that Collingwood is his preferred destination I believe.

I've also heard some not so nice things about his character. The thing with his dad was very dodgy. That said, if he can develop into a gun footballer that's the most important thing.

What was crawf's cheeky comment about? Is he the right guy. I'm not a fan of his, will cost too much, not what we nee.

My boy may be a chance after all.

As I said in the other thread and the Operation: Get Caddy thread last year. The old man is a close friend of the family. I know that his brother Saul would have a giggle at that sort of stuff. That sounds like some sour grapes.

Truth be told with my time @ the Knights with Josh, that's just what he is like. He doesn't want to be another AFL footballer. He wants to be a very good one at that.

It's why I believe he'll be a top line footballer.

Nothing to get excited about, but I'm sure that Brad and the club will show him around and do their due diligence and decide if Josh would be a good fit for the club as well.

If the lure of Collingwood is too great for Josh.

Then we'll make him hurt with a couple of premierships and he can cry on Bucks' shoulder.

Hope he likes what he sees.
