Harsh.
Hard to make out if you're a loon or trying to be funny, but....
The Hawks doctor once testified that D. Brereton didn't step on Rayden Tallis's face - there was a comprehesive report citing physics, skin durability etc.
And as we all know, umpires never get it wrong. Neither does the tribunal.
Judd gouged Brown's eye - ableit unintentionally.
But it's kind of a moot point. Judd should have gone for it. He didn't because Cambell B. bent right over for him.
Sadly, Judd took that opportunity to ream him for it after the case was decided. Then the AFL followed up for sloppy seconds when Brown told the truth.
If Judd is a dirty little prick, then Brad Johnson is a grumpy old bastard.
Judd's not a dirty little prick, but he did eye gouge a player. And his actions post tribunal were suspect too.
I admire Judd as a thinker and a player. Except in relation to this - though I can't blame him for wanting to get off.
If he did eye gouge Brown, it's likely because Brown was trying to sit on his head.
There's no if, but I'd agree with that explanation. As has been said since day one though, if the roles were reversed, Brown would probably still be on the sidelines.
Good luck to Judd for getting off. Just a shame Brown's rep has taken a hit - due entirely to his lack of media skills and that bake from Judd post tribunal.
But surely if they fine brown for compromising the process it follows that....

I am late to the party on this one but all I can say is well derrrrrrrrrr. Of course he eye gouged Brown the video evidence was pretty comprehensive as far as I was concerned. Players have been doing this for years. The tribunal should be ashamed because they cleared Judd on that dodgy video evidence which clearly showed Judd eye goughing Brown
Rational fans like yourself know the truth.
It's amazing that technology today allows people with poor vision like Eagle87 to use a computer. Pity the technology can not be applied to televised football games.

The fact is Judd is a coward, simple as that.
Even when Benny was being smashed by half a dozen freo players, Judd stalked around the fight just looking at his mate getting hurt whilst not even doing anything to help.
If he has any decency he will offer to pay the fine.
But since this eye gouging disgrace only seems to think of himself, I doubt it.
and p.s judd should be fined aswell, because obviously he also lied to the tribunal. Brown should be spewing about how this has all turned out.
