Had a read of threads posted here with Droc's posts. Below is part of one. I think your map needs to show Wood St just off Stirling highway. Two double doors at the front (garage roller doors?), secret door down side that had been concealed behind racks of timber. Secret room inside. There was also conversations that someone else may have been delivering girls to this factory unit beside his taxi driver. Just need to look at past Google earth images.

in a whispered drunken state the girl informed me there was a secret room in the factory unit where she worked doing upholstering. There was just herself and her boss who worked there. I was intrigued, and as a frequent visitor to the unit to collect off-cuts of leather, and to chat with her. She would call me when she was alone. I decided to check for the secret room. I could see no sign of it.

Years later after returning from the East I decided to drive past the factory and discovered it had closed, and was empty. I was about to drive away when I noticed a young guy going into the factory next door. I asked did he know where the previous occupants had gone to. He directed into the office where he worked. I spoke to the office staff. I then I learned their boss actually owned the factory in question. I asked to speak to the owner. They took my phone details, and the following day, he called me. I explained I wanted to get a look in the factory, and met him at his work.

I informed him of my suspicions of a secret room, and he provided me with a set of keys. One was for the front gates, he said, and the other was for the main door. That confused me, asking did he mean the double doors at the front, to which he replied, ‘no’, to the blue door down the left side towards the rear.

I was excited, because in all the times I had been going there, there was no blue door down the side. The entrance was through two doors at the front. I had been down the side many times, and seen no door, but there it was, big, blue, and bold! I stood before that door and knew immediately, that when I walked into that factory I was going to see something I had not seen before, and I did, a room that had been hidden!

I realized the outside door had been concealed behind racks of timber etc, and after I entered the factory I saw thick double doors that were also not evident before. They had also been concealed with racks containing rolls of material. I had found the secret room mentioned in her drunken state.


I saw how cleverly that room had been concealed! I stepped into that room and saw that it leads to another smaller room, with bars on the window. I went back to the owner and informed him I had found the secret room, and explained. He was a bit amused as I did, and explained that he could see how I thought it was a secret room, but had been used a s darkroom.

He explained that after he had given them notice to vacate (the building sold) he went back to speak to them and walked into the room in question – which was previously the office – and noticed there was still pieces of black plastic stuck to the windows. When he enquired about that, he was informed the room had been least out to a friend of the upholsterer and who was a photographer, and had come over from England. The owner was not aware both doors had been concealed. When questioned by me, the owner acknowledged he had seen apparatus in the room such as lights and reflector.

I have the man’s name and details.

This is also the same factory I saw TT (a photographer) and the girl coming out of as I drove past on one occasion.

I located the new address of the upholsterer and went to see him. I enquired about the woman, had he heard from her? He had not. I explained that she had mentioned a secret room in the factory, and asked did one exist. He denied it. I asked was there anything like a secret or concealed room in the factory, to which he said no!

I informed him I had been into the empty factory and there was a room that was not there before. I explained where. He went into the ‘Oh, you mean that room,’ routine, and the proceeded to tell me it was a woodwork room, to which I replied I was aware of where the woodwork room was, and that I had used his tools on occasion, and it was a part of the setup that concealed the room.

I asked him did TT use the room, as I had seen him walking out from the factory with the woman. He denied that! I asked him did TT use it for his photography, and that he denied.

I then informed him I had spoken to the owner, and who had given me the keys, and recited the conversation about the black plastic over the windows, and the lighting equipment etc.

‘Oh! I see,’ was his response (pause) yes there was a time I let it out to a friend of mine who came out from England, and who used it as a dark room. He would not reveal who that friend was.

I asked him were the Claremont girls murdered in that room, and was that what it was used for. He obviously denied that. I asked him why only that section of the building had been washed and scrubbed down when he vacated. He didn’t respond. I asked had he heard from TT? His response was that he had not heard from that (quote) mob for a long time, and which surprised me, because I did not know he was personally familiar with TT, and the girl had never revealed it, and I was not aware ‘that mob’ existed? I just put the question to him on a whim.

The Claremont Speedway just behind Claremont Hotel. Subway attacks. Check out the cluster.

Good chance its going to be a form of dirt race vehicle, whether that be complete amateur, or speedway based requirements, especially with a metal seat. Loosely defined, a rally type vehicle especially with a metal seat.

So did Julie report a similar style car to police and her father?

No doubt Dorothy has a description of the driver in height and build. And someone who spoke on this occasion. Someone who grabbed her by the hair and punched her repeatedly while shouting, "you stupid bitch, you are going to die" after wrapping her in clear plastic like a mummy and punched her in the back till she defecated herself.

Allegedly Dorothy's event was just after Julie Cutlers failed attempt to run her off the road.

So who displays this type of behaviour? Oops! Another witness! You'll have to wait and see.

There is the bottleshop at 78.5 Stirling highway (The length the vector between two girls), Stirling pub is 80. Did Mystery Man work at the Stirling pub, or Stirling bottleshop wearing a white shirt and black pants.

The unit fellow in South Perth, just down from "The Windsor" said Sarah Spiers went into a lift with a tall fellow, well dressed wearing a white shirt and black pants, slim with sharp features.

A yellow Toyota with a steel seat, a man wearing rough driving gloves, abducted Dorothy from out front the Sheraton. He grabbed her by the hair, pulled her to the ground, wrapped her in glad wrap and punched her in the organs till she defecated herself saying "You are going to die bitch"

Dorothy was dropped at Centenary drive, Wilson thinking she was going to die. The car drove off.

This is in and around the time the first Rally Australia in Perth. It doesn't have to be a rally driver.

This is within weeks that Julie Cutler says she has just had a madman try run her off the road on Stirling highway driving home from work (The Parmelia).

Julie later disappears from a work staff party at the Parmelia. Police want to speak to a man and a woman who left the staff "hospitality" party just after Julie left that police could not identify.

*No doubt police will be reinterviewing Dorothy from the Sheraton hotel. Obviously on her own. Leaving work?

The landlord was visiting his tenant and wondered if it was too early to knock on their door. Why are you suggesting that when the landlord was there wondering about knocking on his tenant's door, the guy getting into the lift was the same on that got out of the taxi with her at 2.00 am. Are you saying it took Sarah about 6 or 7 hours to get to her apartment and enter, probably in different clothes as she was wearing in the taxi?

Maybe she had gone downstairs to let a friend of her handsome well dressed bond man into the apartment who was there to take him home? It explains the time difference anyway.

Again making assumptions that the guy seen going into the lift entering the apartments with Sarah, was the same as the guy getting out of the taxi with her at 2.00 am. They had totally different descriptions. Landlord about to knock on his tenants door on a holiday Saturday morning will not be at the apartments at 2.00 am

Now are you suggesting this guy know as mystery man talking to Jane Rimmer was even interviewed as a "potential", ever?? You could say this unknown mystery man never interviewed as a suspect was similar to the description of a man seen going into apartments with Sarah Spiers at 8 or 9.00 am.

Dorothy, a 44 year old woman had left Clouds Nightclub at the Sheraton, crossed Adelaide Terrace and got into her car on Hill st when at 1.05am man wearing driving gloves came from nowhere, like lightning and wrenched her out of her car by her hair.

What followed was such a systematic & sadistic bashing that police were to find clumps of her hair the next day amongst blood and pearls from her necklace he'd torn from her neck in his frenzy of pulverizing blows.

She believes he's in his 20's-30's.

He ground the abrasive palm into her face, Repeatedly punching her in the mouth. He bashed her against a brick wall, dragged her to a span of metal poles and beat her like a doll against them.

He dragged her across the street into a courier car park, flung her face down and stepped on the base of her spine. He punched her kidneys and ground her face into the ground until her bladder and bowels gave way.

He pulled her arms behind her and wrapped them in parcel tape stolen from the couriers. He tied the cummerbund from her dress around her mouth and then taped her ankles.

She thought she was about to be r*ped, instead he kept running the sticky tape around her until she was wrapped like an egyptian mummy, a cocoon.

He heaved her into the metal bucket seat of a small yellow car, possibly a toyota, when she heard the radio DJ say it was 3.45am.

It had been found about the time Ms Cutler went missing with a pair of black pantyhose in a plastic bag under a table at the King Kebab takeaway in Centreway Arcade, Perth, a five-minute walk from the Parmelia Hilton.

Hmm, you're correct the information is microfished, but it is also available on a link.

It says in the news paper report "Dorothy" (not her real name, thank goodness for her if it was, to have it splashed around the internet by you) was leaving the nightclub and you are the only one to say she worked at the Sheraton!

Doesn't look like bobbed hair to me and how would any hairdresser describe anything from this blurred shot. Another Dan Fact? One of the witnesses at the Conti that night shown the clear footage reported in a blog that he needed a haircut because his hair was well over the collar. The front driver's side window was open, both front doors were unlocked and the rear doors were locked. Forensic tests determined the ignition and headlights of Julie's car had been on when the car entered the water.

Warner’s initial assumption was that they were following up on the disappearance of a girl in 1980 after she was at North Cottesloe Surf Club on the night his band played there. Her body was found but to this day the killer has never been found.

If you have not driven a beach before in a 2WD, its a tricky task to get a car into the water. Not knowing what you are doing, the 2WD car will bog fast.

Pseudonym Dorothy was 44 odd. He was in his 20s. Maybe he was not fond of his future mother inlaw who disapproved of his relationship with her daughter?

The 44 year old rockin it on in Clouds nightclub in her cummerbund, walks out on her own. So the 20 something perpetrator was there to rape the 44 year old? Maybe he liked the mother figures geared up in their cummerbunds?
