Workshop Jumper Ideas for 2022

This is so it keeps the element of the original jumper. It expands the side panels out to include the surfboard!

I know. Except the original jumper is crap and needs to be replaced. Hence alternative surfboard

I know a similar idea with a sun has been posted here before, but I've added a yellow collar, sleeves and blue stripes down the side. Not the cleanest and probably has a bit much going on, but I reckon its better than their current jumper. GC's clash can be inverted colours, or even Fizzler's wave design is really cool.

I hate Carlton's current clash strip, so this idea is similar to their early 2010s jumper. This one though is a slightly lighter 'sky blue' colour, and the side panels are triangular just like their 2020/21 design.
Instead of wearing matching blue shorts, in my opinion the current white ones would look better. For added navy, the collar can also be adjusted to blue.

Could do the same with navy shorts and it might work well too

Because of the white, which is a club colour?
It couldn't be the design/template purely because you've just filled what's normally white in light blue

I tried that. Yellow yoke on red isn't as good.
Maybe it would be good if it had an entiriely red back (like Sydney) also what if the collar was redGold Coast surfboard yoke

If north changed to what their old jumpers looked like, this is how I feel they would look on the current Puma template. This is as close to real life realistic as I could get them.
Blue Collar (imo best) - Most traditional, aligning with https://northtalk.com.au/f/exclusive-north-seeks-jumper-switch
White Collar - Another option
Over Print Collar (imo worst) - This was done with the Carlton Indigenous, Richmond Indigenous and Richmond ANZAC Jerseys. Someone said this is could be an option with the current puma collar in the news thread so I made it.

Yeah it looks the best and has the most history to it.
I'm working on a realistic jersey with the black numbers on the back and the stripes at the top of the jersey like this one.
Personally if they're going to go with their history they should have the stripes at the top like Hawthorn has this year.
Have this as home and the bounding roo thing as clash (with no number box preferably), That is literally perfect IMO, It would immediately take north from one of my least favourite kits to one of my favourites

Yeah atm the number box sucks and is all angled to fit in with the weird Canterbury stitching.
The old number box from late 90s and early 200s was the way to do it imo.
It does look better in the old one, however if they are gonna use it as a clash in the future it needs to contrast the all white so i think they should remove it entirely and have the numbers be white, also a white collar. Just my opinion though and if it goes to much against history i wouldn't do it
We don't really need a dark clash though. The only clubs our traditional setup clashes with are Collingwood and Geelong, and the bounding roo solves both of those matchups
Ok, I mean i was kinda bullshitting cause i think it would look better without the number box but i think it would be best to stick to history

Yeah I rate this. Obviously as opposition fans we have different opinions on the jumper compared to Suns fans because we have zero attachment to it. This here is a kinda subtle kinda big change that keeps the bones of the jumper and makes it more interesting. I'd like this a fair bit, maybe with a deeper red though.

Tbh I actually like the idea of having a navy, red and yellow kit as it is all within their key colours (maybe they just need less stripes on the latter two).
A white kit seems a bit out of the blue and unneccessary to me.
