He did leave a sinking ship so loses a bit of love .I hope the full story comes out one day though . I think we thought his knee was bunged up and offered a low ball contract plus the whole captaincy thing , the club was frustrated his knee was taking longer than expected. I remember speaking to his old man who said something wasn’t right at the club that year
Plus Clarko and Hawthorn came sweet talking doesn’t matter if your knee takes another half a season , we can wait .
Im glad the club is a better place again now .
Ultimate utility really , closest think at the moment for us would be Bergman in style.
