Yes, there can only be one successful Day-shooting per day, first in best dressed. ND's just practicing it seems.

To be clear: each day will still have a lynch as per usual, it's just that someone may be shot as well that day.

A shooting can happen at any time during the day, it doesn't stop or replace the lynch.

Obviously, if someone is shot during the day all votes currently on them are removed (people that were voting for them won't incur a 'not voting' strike, though they are free to vote again).

Whoever has the most valid votes on them at deadline is lynched.

Everyone potentially has a shot, not everyone will get a chance. Theoretically someone can take a shot the moment day begins but the other players may have something to say about this.

It's sort of like everyone is a potential Vig who operates openly during the Day and there action is open to scrutiny. Notice there is no Vig role.
