Does anyone have any idea when they update the player bios on carltonfc.com.au?

This is Sugar's.

Kane’s 2012 season was confined to just eight senior appearances; many of them after emerging from the bunker as the designated sub. Needless to say, "Sugar" will be out to build on those eight cameo appearances into 2013 and beyond.

I hope Kane gets some games and continue to develop this year.
his pro's are his pace, endurance and overhead marking. He might be suited to the mobile lead-up forward role that walker played a couple years ago.

any news on his preseason?

Nine tackles, nine contested possessions, three stoppages and three clearances against Footscray. Great to see Lucas win the hardball and use his speed to exit the pack. Put his body on the line after he threw himself at an aerial contest. Tackling was good today, but he can still get stronger and work on this area of his game. Disposal needs to be as clean as it was in his first season.

Check out the NB thread. Harks and MSR always do amazing write ups (along with some others) on the matches.

You'll get a better feel as to how players are travelling in the NB side. :thumbsu:

hard to see Kane going around again in the navy blue (or pissant red in his case)

maybe a tradable for jack watts (both first rounders, both suck)
 


I actually want Carlton to retain Sugar for an additional year. Wouldn't pull more than a 3rd rounder. If he can live inside Dale Thomas for this preseason and learn a hard edge he can still turn into a decent player. His highlights this year show he has obvious talent and footy smarts. Hope Carlton can show confidence in him for one more year and in return he gains confidence and becomes a similar hard outside mid like Daisy.

Same. Honestly always hoped he'd develop into that damaging outside mid/high half forward flanker, similar to Camporeale. But injuries have cruelled him, and opportunities have been taken away by the arrival of daisy.
