Saw that also, then heard different yesterday!! Can'k keep up with blokes choppin and changin!!

Like I said earler mate you could be cleared to 5 clubs and back to your 1st club by the 1st kick of round 1. The country clearances policy is the worst in all of australia. You can go to 5 clubs in the kdfl pre season find out what they have then go back to your 1st club and tell them what the rest have and the training they are doing!!!!! COUNTRY CLEARANCES ARE GREAT FOR PLAYER SPYS:D
WHO AGREE'S?

It depends the type of player/person you are after. Some players are loyal and will not do this, but then there are others who like to shop around intill they find what they want.

The worst case i've heard of is Darren turner, i believe he may of even been labelled the " i've been everywhere man".

But i haven t heard of any one changing club 5 times during the year. If there where spies out there doing this it's no trade secrets, especially in the KDFL at the moment. Train hard, Work on you skills, recuit well.

If there was such a person though i would ask him " how was his frequent flying points where going".

hahaha...
I wasnt saying there is a player that has changed 5times but if thay wanted to they carnt be stopped!! That is a crock of sh** with all country leagues.

Yeah we have high 30s available, so looking to play 6 1/4s, no idea how the Merrigum boys are looking though mate.

That would be 6 1/6ths Hank. or 6 terms.. Either way. How is the unit Purse lookin? & that s**t kid Trist??

true skut, but reckon I would have got more shit hung on me for calling it 6 1/6ths than 6 1/4s, everyone else new what I meant. As for Perc looking a treat and in for a big year, Trist is training well and on a consistent basis, something he hasn't been accustomed too!! Still not committed though.
Whats the news on a Shepp Utd recruit for you blokes?

Bloody Bevo.. Kills me that kid. Just send him back to the mainland then. As for Shepp United, not sure if spoken to anyone or not..

VT had a praccy match sat night against Yarra Glen or Yarra Junction (not sure which one of the two it was) and won by 30pts i think the scores were 16 goals to 11 goals approximately.

Any other praccy matches taken place as yet?

Merrigum went well, a fair few blokes with a lot of pace and applied some pretty good pressure. We didnt score but we would have won both 3 term periods by a handful of goals, we weren't in control for any extended periods of the game and was relatively impressed with what Merrigum showed, would expect them to be middle of the road and aiming for finals would be a realistic goal.

They (merrigum) play 1u this weekend dont they? A sunday game as i hear it? Be interesting to see how both teams go!! Hopefully both will have better years than their last!

heard a rumour that ardmona may have to fold due to lack of netballers! apparently there r no full netball teams and a club cant field football team without netball teams. any truth?

What did you think of last nights match between Tonny and Stanhope in the junior night series Hank? My own opinion is there are a few handy boys running around out there, will any be pushing for senior selection at Tonny? Halliwell etc?

Was a pretty good quality game, interesting to see a handful of x Tonny 3rds running around for Stanhope, has been the case over the past couple of seasons that we lose some 17yr olds who still want to play 3rds, rather them head out to Stanhope than Ky.
Halliwell played a couple of senior games last year so he will be in the mix, other than that most are probably still a year away from getting a taste of it, Mark Watson has been good on the track and may sneak a game or two in.
Sam Dearing was a class above the rest of the kids out there and should be playing seniors all year along with Jimmy Fraser.

Anyone know what Andrew Clarke up to this year?

Blew a couple of fingers off his hand last I heard, so seeing he hasnt been that interested in playing over the last couple of years that might be a good enough reason not to play.

Just wondering how did Undera go last night against Tatong at Benalla?
Any other praccy matches played over the weekend or night series games played?
VT played South Marong Sat night at Euroa and won by a couple of goals
