You can hear the same speech at every local club this weekend around the country. There was nothing wrong with it and not bagging Ken at all but what people need to realise on here that footy coaching speeches and messages are similar at all levels of senior football.

These guys don't get appointed on the way they address their players at 3/4 time its what they do behind the scenes.

I hope Ken gets a gig and I wish him all the best but don't get to excited over a 3/4 time address to the players. Can't believe this even made the papers.

Nice - but at geelong he is considered a good thinker and is a pretty good choice for a footy club who are looking at getting a coach who is more manager of a team striving towards a goal - which is the trend in which coaching is going.
