If I was going to Shep under your circumstances I’d give the major leagues the flick and head out to one of the minor leagues eg the KDL . Out them I’d choose Tally ( Tallygaroopna) that’s only based on my experience you can really do whatever you please.

What year/years did you play at tally dolly?

Seymour making a play for Nagambie big boy Johno Moore by some rumours floating around. Would be a great get. Would think he’s signed but not much value in a piece of paper these days

There is no truth in this at all.
Seymour last spoke to Jonno in the previous pre season.
He couldn’t commit to the time and effort.
Seymour has never got to the stage of discussing money with Jonno.
Tatura maybe a different story.

The current amount of junior teams in the KDL is a real worry and I feel that we’re a few years away of being like the O&K and just being Seniors and Reserves.

Kids playing junior footy in the KDL will continue to be disconnected in 2023 from their Senior club due to alternate fixturing.

There has to be a shake up to the system soon.

You may be right but it's got nothing to do with the system... its to do with lack of participants.

Well said,
We cannot make young kids want to play, just like we can't enforce them to play in their local town like I've seen floated on this forum and others.
There is no real easy way to make football attractive to younger or older players, it is, and always will be a want to play.
As much as i don't want to see it, more rushy and ardy situations will happen

When the season rolls around I reckon you might find there are more juniors sides within the whole region than senior sides . Issue is many are within competitions which have no direct or sufficient pathway .
