I noticed vidler and Serafini both played in the reserves, senior side will be hard to crack into if they are playing reserves. Serafini one of the better small backmen in the comp IMO

Stanhope were very disappointing today against Nagambie who were very impressive not sure whether they were missing any players today.

Lakers were very impressive Swoop will definitely be a Top 4 side From what I witnessed Stanhope didn’t appear to be a strong as last year with out the Semmel bros .

I see an interesting name on the lakers players list...one Ryan Lambert . Will some lakers fans find it hard to love him after loving to "hate" him when he was at his annoying niggling best for the Swannies for a number of years ? . Takes me back to the days when Billy " Whompper" Hannam went north in the early 90's and helped the lakers beat the old enemy in a sodden knock out final up at Lancaster....with a broken foot for memory too.

Two ripper games this week when IMO the end of the year top 4 play each other , The SE vs Lancy game will be a pearler likewise the Murch - Tol vs Nagambie match Id be surprised if both games don’t go to the wire

Yep. Absolute legend of a bloke. Going back to Euroa to play with family. Jimmy lives and most of his work is Euroa based. Check out My Future Academy for the great work he is doing for young people in the area.

We were lucky to have him for as long as we did, as a player that was signed at the start of COVID he stuck with us and we’re so much better for having him play for our club.
