Mitch's was more of a lazy coathanger o), Lake's was a lazy shoulder making late contact high.

202 points, halved to 101 due to good behaviour/early guilty plea should suffice.

To me his arm seemed to come up after initial contact was made. Definate free kick but carryover points ( if he has any) may make it a nervous wait for him.
