With the football world seemingly falling in love with Sanders' star power and franchise player potential, it is unsurprising to hear Coach Prime suggest he would get involved if the "wrong organization" tried to draft his son. Deion Sanders, the Pro Football Hall of Famer and former MLB player, understands the challenges of being a franchise player as a two-sport star with experience playing in Super Bowls and a World Series. Moreover, he is a shrewd businessman and marketer who understands how to build and leverage a brand.

Coach Prime's relationships with several prominent Raiders could make Las Vegas the preferred destination for Sanders. From his relationship with minority owner Tom Brady to the long-lasting connections to Norv Turner (and Scott Turner), Coach Prime views the Raiders as the best place for his son to flourish as a franchise player. While the team would need to upgrade the pieces around Sanders to help him thrive as a franchise player, the sage wisdom and advice shared by a seven-time Super Bowl winner and respected offensive mind could accelerate his development as a quarterback and help him restore the glory of the Silver and Black. foxsports.com

Rushing yards bit lacking

I wouldn't be concerned in the slightest about his rushing yards. Just look at a guy like CJ Stroud, very similar in terms of being a statue in the pocket in college. The key is that he's mobile enough to extend plays.

Has bust written all over him. We will probably draft him.

Why do you think he'll be a bust? He's imo the most "Pro ready" QB in this draft class.

Most pro ready ? his basically been coddled and handed everything in college by his dad who’s coached all 4 years. Everything is tailored to him by his dad in college. Whole offence is made to make him and hunter look good.

Stroud is way more mobile and has a way better feel for pocket and sensing pressure against a much better level of college competition. Sanders led nation in taken sacks last season. His improved this year but still tends to step up into pressure too often.

Then his attitude none of his bad plays are his fault, already thrown his whole oline and rb under the bus this season thru media this season. Did he get punished for that ? no cos his dad the coach.
Also more worrying is when most of his teammates weren't going to support shedeur rapping before a lil Wayne concert his Dad made it mandatory to go and support him. You must be a shitty team mate that you need your dad to make your team mates come support you. This is also reason a heap of guys transferred from Colorado at end of last season. How is this going to translate to the nfl i doubt it will go well. Also wouldn’t shake opponents hand when he won.
Left the game and went to locker room with 5 minutes to go in game even thou in pre game presser he said his team would fight to the end and he’d rather die than give up. Major Character Concerns especially for a guy you want leading your franchise.

Sheddur also doesn't have strongest arm, thou he is highly accurate and can zip it in their. Also good going thru his reads but tends to want to go for hero move instead of the check down. Also has trouble hitting guys in stride coming out of breaks thou. Also footwork can be hit and miss.

If he was able to come out last year I think I'd have him coming off the board between JJ and Nix.
