Maybe the opportunity to play for an AFL team and earn AFL dollars?

I'm sure 'some' would of course take Tasmania if there was no other choice.

That doesn't mean there wont be issues. I reckon Tassie would have the hardest time attracting players, and the hardest time keeping quality players than any other team in the competition.

Its not really suited to the rock star life-style of the AFL IMO. Love the state, has much to offer, but I honestly see it as a pretty big problem in terms getting quality players given it isn't desirable at all for that age group.

Both Launceston & Hobart.
If it's one or the other, you'll alienate whoever missed out. You'll get more crowds at both York & Nth Hobart as there will only be 1 home game every 4 weeks.
The capacity does not have to be large. In The NRL, St. George-Illawarra & Wests Tigers play out of 2 grounds & let's not forget that the Sydney Swans have 2 grounds as well.
Main base in Hobart of course.
The issue of parking is not applicable as the future is to feed people by buses.
