I never asked him to stop posting, I enjoy watching him struggle. It was just funny to see him insulting people who pay attention to her, when he has clearly been paying her plenty of attention himself. 50% of his posting content is calling everyone else stupid, so I had to point out that own-goal.

If I was a mod and banned him, you may have an argument. But even if I specifically told him to stop posting, that doesn't take away any freedom from him. He is perfectly within his rights to ignore me and continue posting. I haven't taken away his platform or imprisoned him or banned him from a country.
You are arguing that any form of criticism could intimidate someone away from posting. This forum would be pretty pointless if people weren't allowed to disagree with each other.
